Refund Policy

At True Skin Essentials, every bottle we sell is 100% authentic and original. We want you to shop with total confidence.

Unopened bottles

If your bottle arrives sealed and you change your mind, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The bottle must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Opened bottles

For hygiene reasons — the same standard used by every major fragrance retailer — we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or used.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or it's the wrong fragrance, send us a photo at info@trueskinlap.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right: full refund or free replacement, your choice.

How to start a return

Email info@trueskinlap.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll reply within 24 hours with the return instructions. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer; if the mistake was ours, we cover it.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving your return.
